At The Old Buttercross, named after the medieval market cross in Oakham, we maintain those old values that keep customers happy and coming back for more. As a modern, family-friendly pub, we provide great service and value for money at all times. We’ve everything from burgers to light bites, steaks to Sunday roasts, not forgetting stone-baked pizzas that are hand-stretched and finished in our pizza kitchen. We also have a specials board that offers delicious daily dishes. In our new pizza kitchen we create the perfect thin crust pizza, right there before your eyes. The large, hand-stretched bases are topped with a rich tomato sauce then dressed with your favourite ingredients. If you want to add any extras, you can load your pizza with any number of the tasty additional toppings that we offer.
